Constructed with 82% Polyester, 5% Spandex, 8% Nylon, and 2% Rubber, the vest weighs a mere 0.3lbs / 141.74g without the bladder and 6.1oz / 173g with the bladder, and a maximum capacity of 244 cu in / 4 Liters. Measuring 16 x 16 x 4 inches, this versatile vest can be hand-washed with cold water and mild detergent, then line-dried. Avoid using bleach, fabric softener, ironing, or dry cleaning.

The 4 Liter Hydration Pack provides functional hydration, with two water-resistant pockets, two new kangaroo pockets, and a redesigned shape for enhanced breathability and storage. Equipped with 2 20oz hydration Soft flasks and ExoSpine for stability, this vest is the perfect companion for race day.

Designed with moisture-wicking tapered back panels and a chafe-free fit, the Essential Design features a new side pocket for easy access and a vertical pocket for larger items like trekking poles. The unisex sizing accommodates different body types, offering a second-skin feel with a 20% lighter and more breathable construction compared to the Krar and Howe Vests. A women's specific sizing option is also available.
